Orders and delivery
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Acceptance depends on inventory, accurate customer information, payment authorization, security review, displayed charges and delivery availability. An order normally moves through handling within 1–2 business days after payment authorization, then through estimated carrier transit of 3–5 business days after dispatch. Returns and exchanges
We review requests for defective items and for qualifying non-defective items that are new, unused and in original condition. A changed preference or mistaken option can qualify when those conditions are met, and a request must be made within 30 days after delivery. Damaged, defective, wrong, incomplete or materially different goods may be reported. Please include the order number, checkout email and an explanation, plus photos or video where that helps document a product concern. Obtain approval and the exact return instructions before mailing. The package includes a free prepaid return label for an approved mailed return, no restocking fee applies, and exchange requests are considered according to review and inventory.
